When I began working with Anthony, I hesitated because I knew the type of personality Anthony had. He is very determines, structured and disciplined. After several years of competing in Ironman distance events and being coached by others, I knew he would challenge me and my coaching tactics. Anthony most likely has competed in more Ironman Triathlons, and finished, than all of us combined. Once Anthony accepted the change in his training regiment, he really started to see results. Now Anthony is ready to shatter his personal records, not by minutes, but hours in this year Ironman Arizona. Words just cannot describe how proud I am. Anthony has nailed his run, something that I know that kept him from really achieving athletic success.
