Excel & Beyond Coaching heads to Beverly Hills Fire Department!

Special thanks to Mike Hand with the Beverly Hills Fire Departments and Excels own CAT II cyclist superstar. Mike helped with setting up the Beverly Hills FD VO2 & RMR Testing date weekend. Yes, Excel will be heading to cooler CA this weekend to test all day Saturday and Sunday. How exciting! Thanks Mike for this wonderful opportunity. Wish I was coming to ride along the coast though ;)
